The wombat has awakened & is rearing to go...?...well maybe trundle along in wombat fashion.
The wombat has decided that he needs a theme - its going to be Dads' war. Father joined the RAAF & trained there as a photographer during the Second World War. He still has a photographic record of his off-duty time in New Guinea, in spots with names such as Balikpapan, Lae, Nadzab, & Morotai. These days he spends a fair bit of time looking at his photos, lost in a world of long long ago.
